Position Summary: The Student Affairs Program Manager manages a portfolio of responsibilities focused on student well-being, conduct, and compliance processes for participants studying with International Programs (IP).
This position serves as the primary contact for student conduct matters and broader student affairs issues, ensuring consistency with university policies and best practices. The position serves as the IP liaison with campus partners and works collaboratively to support students before, during, and after their time abroad.
This role develops and facilitates trainings and materials on topics such as health and wellness, orientation, and international resources, while adapting relevant main-campus initiatives to fit IP. The position also oversees student affairs–related communication with study centers, program leaders, and faculty as needed.
In collaboration with the Risk Team, the Program Manager identifies trends and patterns in student needs and recommends approaches to address them. This position also serves as a member of International Programs’ rotational, after-hours on-call team.
Who We’re Looking for: Bachelor's degree and two years of professional experience or a high school diploma or equivalent and experience equal to six years. (Note: post high-school education and/or experience may substitute at a comparable rate.)

Salary & Benefits: Anticipated Salary Range: $50,000 to 54,000, commensurate with experience.
