This position will work closely with other members of the FSU International Programs (FSU IP) Program Management team and collaborate with colleagues in the Tallahassee office, overseas Study Centers, FSU faculty members, and other campus partners to create and coordinate faculty-led programs.
Position Summary
Position develops and maintains relationships with faculty members and department contacts for current IP programs and assists with developing new programs through IP. Collaborate with faculty members to communicate marketing strategies, pre-departure preparation, IP policies and procedures for safety and security while abroad, pastoral care, accounting and expense reporting, and academic preparation.
Coordinates day-to-day cross-functional operations with the Program Management team and other IP teams including short-term and long-term projects. Duties may include data collection and management; academic preparation; and department, campus-wide, and global communication.
