The Assistant Director is a member of a dynamic team, collaborating with multiple campus units and partner organizations to provide off-campus study opportunities that foster international and intercultural learning for all students. Key responsibilities include managing application processes and outreach efforts, and helping to coordinate logistics for Davidson’s off-campus study programs, including managing budgets and serving as a risk manager. Successful candidates will present astute judgement, sensitivity, attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in using Terra Dotta or a similar records management system, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office is essential; knowledge of basic website and graphic design strongly preferred.
