Director of Finance and Administration

The Director of Finance and Administration (DFA) is a key strategic leader in the Bing Overseas Studies Program (BOSP), reporting to the Executive Director. The DFA is responsible for managing financial operations, administrative services, and compliance across BOSP's home office and international centers.

The DFA oversees a ~$20M operating budget, supervises a home-office administrative team, and provides functional guidance to financial administrators across nine global program locations. The role ensures alignment with Stanford’s financial, human resources, and operational policies while promoting operational excellence in a globally distributed environment.
