Associate Director

The Smith Center for Global Engagement supports St. Olaf College students to be globally engaged through study abroad/study away programs in the U.S. and abroad and Academic Civic Engagement courses.

• Oversee semester/year program development, budgeting, and administration.
• Advising students in collaboration with Advising Coordinator.
• Manage a portfolio of January term programs.
• Contribute to design of development opportunities and training.
• Support, respect, and commit to embracing diverse backgrounds, values, and points of view to build a strong and inclusive community.
• Complete and meet deadlines for required training and performance management cycle.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
