Overview:
IES Abroad’s Advancement Office seeks a detail oriented, data entry professional, to record data from digital scans to Excel worksheets configured for data imports.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
Retrieve information from documents, forms and other related documents and enter to Excel worksheets
Keep records of tasks, files, and progress
Communicate with team members
Check completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final product
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Commit to and demonstrate values and promotion of diversity, equity, inclusion and anti-racism.
Any other task or duty as assigned or required
Experience & Qualifications/Skills
Data entry professional that has at least one year of experience in data entry
Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
Detail oriented
Ability to demonstrate values and promotion of diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racism required.
Commitment to accuracy and quality of work
Education Licenses and/or Certifications
Associates degree in Business and Admin
Hiring Salary Range
$25-$27/HR
