Who We Are Looking For...
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing our marketing and enrollment communications processes, systems, and data to enhance performance, drive for results, and achieve ef?ciency at scale. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns, improving operational ef?ciency, and providing actionable insights through data analysis.
Requirements
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Marketing and Enrollment Communications Strategy & Execution:
- Collaborate with marketing, enrollment and leadership teams to design and implement marketing and enrollment communications strategies that align with company goals.
- Coordinate the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Process Optimization:
- Develop and streamline marketing and enrollment communications work?ows, tools, and systems to improve ef?ciency and scalability.
- Standardize processes for campaign and enrollment communications planning, execution, and reporting.
Data & Analytics:
- Manage and analyze marketing and enrollment comms performance data to measure effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend optimizations.
- Develop dashboards and reporting systems for real-time insights and decision-making.
Technology & Tools Management:
- Oversee the implementation and management of marketing tools, including, but not limited to Marketo, Groove, Salesforce, Post-Up, Word Press, ZenDesk, and Google Analytics.
- Ensure integration between marketing systems and other business tools to maintain data consistency and accuracy.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Act as the liaison between marketing, university relations, enrollment, and other departments to align efforts and share insights.
- Provide training and support to team members on new tools, processes, and best practices.
Budget Management:
- Assist in budget planning and monitor spending to ensure campaigns are delivered within scope.
- Evaluate ROI of marketing and enrollment communications initiatives and optimize resource allocation accordingly.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related ?eld.
- Proven technical aptitude and business acumen.
- Marketo Certi?cation and 5+ years working in Marketo required.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role, preferably in the technology space.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, analytics, and automation tools, especially Marketo, Groove, Salesforce, G Google Analytics, etc.
- Proven experience with campaign tracking, reporting, and performance optimization.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

This is a full-time position based in Austin, TX.
