EdOdyssey is seeking a proactive and relationship-focused professional to join our team as Institutional Partnerships Manager. In this pivotal role, you will build and nurture meaningful connections with secondary and higher education institutions, helping us expand access to life-changing student travel experiences for institutions and their students.

You’ll work collaboratively with institutional staff to support EdOdyssey’s mission and grow awareness of our programs. Primary Responsibilities:
Partnership Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions, serving as their main point of contact.
- Meet with institutional staff to provide updates, address needs, and explore opportunities to deepen collaboration.
- Act as a liaison between institutional stakeholders and the EdOdyssey team to support program implementation.
- Promote EdOdyssey’s program portfolio, including Faculty-Led/Custom Trips, Semester Study Abroad, and First Year Experience programs.
Outreach & Growth:
- Identify and engage new potential partner institutions, including secondary schools, colleges, and universities.
- Strengthen relationships with current partners to encourage program growth and increased enrollment.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to align partnership goals with organizational objectives.
- Develop and implement region-specific outreach strategies to promote EdOdyssey programs.
- Travel up to 3–4 weeks per year for conferences, campus visits, and relationship-building activities.
Administrative and Strategic Support:
- Use our CRM system to document and manage partnership activities and progress.
- Collaborate with the broader Sales team and Marketing to manage outreach tools and campaigns.
- Work closely with the EdOdyssey team to refine processes and enhance the experience for partner institutions.
- Represent EdOdyssey at conferences and professional events to build awareness and strengthen relationships.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in student travel, study abroad, international education, or a related field.
- Familiarity with the secondary and higher education sectors.
- Passion for international education and travel; experience living, studying, or working abroad is a plus.
- Proven relationship-building and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Zoom, and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a reliable home office setup.
- Willingness to travel domestically to conferences, campus visits, and other relationship-building opportunities (up to 3–4 weeks per year).
Location: This is a full-time, remote role based in the continental United States.

Compensation / Benefits:
Annual Salary: $50,000-$58,000 + additional performance-based compensation tied to partnership growth and enrollment goals.
